These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of photography services provided by Rucker Visions Co. ("Photographer", "we", "us", or "our"). By booking a session with us, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.
7-Day Cancellation & Reschedule Policy – RUCKER VISIONS CO.
To provide the highest quality service to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy. By booking with RUCKER VISIONS CO. you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Services Provided
We offer professional photography services for real estate listings, including but not limited to interior, exterior, drone, and twilight photography. Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Notice Requirements
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 7 full days before the scheduled service date.
Notice must be given in writing via email or through our official booking platform.
3. Cancellation Policy
7+ Days Notice: No cancellation fee. A full refund of the deposit will be issued or applied to a future booking.
3–6 Days Notice: 50% of the total service fee will be charged.
Less Than 72 Hours Notice: 50% of the total service fee will be charged. No refunds.
A Booking Fee does apply for each booking.
4. Reschedule Policy
7+ Days Notice: No reschedule fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.
Less Than 48 Hours Notice: A $75 reschedule fee will apply.
5. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to appear at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are charged 50% of the session fee, and no credit will be issued.
6. Access and Preparation
The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is ready for photography. The Photographer is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving items. The Photographer must have full access to the property at the scheduled time.
7. Delivery of Images
Edited photos will be delivered within [1–3] business days via a digital download link. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
8. Usage Rights
The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for real estate marketing purposes only. Photos may not be resold or reused for other listings or commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Copyright
All images remain the intellectual property of RUCKER VISIONS CO. We reserve the right to use any photographs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the photo session at the property.
11. Weather & Emergencies
For outdoor sessions impacted by inclement weather, or emergencies with documentation (e.g., medical), rescheduling will be accommodated without penalty at our discretion.
12. Travel & Fee’s
RUCKER VISIONS CO. Does charge a traveling fee of a cost of $1.00 per mile from the location of our address 224 Goldstein Gate Drive, Fort Worth Texas.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices may vary due to square footage as well.
13. Exceptions
We understand life happens. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RUCKER VISIONS CO.
Agreement
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of RUCKER VISIONS CO.
